View Article  Who is this

I've seen that style before somewhere, can't quite place it. Found on the graffiti hall of fame near Brighton Marina.

View Article  Feeling Blue

Around the lanes in Brighton there are a wealth of graffiti walls. This was one of my favourites because it was all done in shades of blue.

View Article  Word To Mother

Found near the Shok1 piece from yesterday this is Word To Mother. There's several hundred feet of graffiti adorning walls of a new development close to Brighton station. Some of it is very, very good and worth a trip to see.

View Article  Shok1

Been a while since I came across any new work on the street from Shok1 but here's a piece found on a building site hoarding in Brighton (more of which tomorrow). Old punks never die.

View Article  Royal Pavillion

The East Front of the Royal Pavillion in Brighton is currently under restoration - the top never looked so clean.

Brighton beach looks fantastic early in the morning. Before the crowds turn up the has overnight perfectly rearranged the stones into a smooth surface.

View Article  Brighton West Pier

Looking at whats left of Brighton's West Pier after one fire too many it now seems a lost cause. Great playground for photography though....

View Article  Jesus!

Nicely placed stencil on Brighton's West pier.

View Article  Day tripper

Spent yesterday in sunny Brighton and it felt like a different world to where I live. This years resolution is to make more trips to the coast.

View Article  Dface show

Dface's eyecon's show is still on - but it's going to finish soon so if you want see it hurry up and get yourself down to ocontemporary in Brighton. Some great new pieces, more of which later.

View Article  Always fail

Recently I've gone through all my Banksy photos and found another 30 that never made it to the site. OK they're mostly rats in different locations including this one outside the Royal Mail's Mount Pleasant sorting office in Mount Pleasant.

I'm reliably informed by a postman that 'Always Fail' is their alternative name for 'Royal Mail'.

View Article  Bentalls store - Kingston

Despite being a massive structure the old Bentalls store in Kingston is a well hidden art deco style building. It's now part occupied by the Odeon cinema group. If you look up high you can see the art deco details.

View Article  More Deco buildings

This time its the turn of St Olaf House by London Bridge station

View Article  The view from the hill

There's a great view from Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park, only trouble is when I went to take a picture today it was covered in a smoggy haze.

View Article  More bristol stencils part 1

I found so much good work in Bristol recently but these are the last of the stencils

View Article  What's the connection part 2

The answer to yesterdays post is Thomas Heatherwick. Heatherwick was responsible for the B of the Bang in Manchester, the rolling bridge in Paddington (see yesterdays post) and now the fantastic looking East beach Cafe in Littlehampton which is scheduled to open in May. more on eastbeachcafe.co.uk

View Article  What's the connection?

What's the connection between these two pictures? The first one is in Paddington and the second in Littlehampton

View Article  Art deco figures

More art deco figures found in central London, this time on the side of the UCL building near Euston station.

View Article  Arofish in print

Over recent years Arofish has been putting up stencils in some places the rest of us would pay good money to avoid. His work has appeared in Iraq, Palestine and Lebanon and more worryingly on the side of hoardings of the Greater London Assembly in London. In my view one of his best pieces is now going to be immortalised in a screen print. More details will be appear on 7press in the next few weeks.
